1. About MyClaynation

MyClaynation, LLC creates and sells handmade clay figurines ("clays") through myclaynation.com. Each piece is handcrafted and may have natural variations in color, texture, and finish that reflect the handmade nature of the product.

2. Use of This Site

By using this Site, you confirm that:

  •  You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian permission to make a purchase.

  •  The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete.

  •  You will not use this Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

3. Products

All items sold on myclaynation.com are handmade clay figurines crafted by MyClaynation, LLC. Because each piece is made by hand:

  •  Minor variations in size, color, texture, or finish are normal and expected.

  •  Product photos are representative but your item may differ slightly from what is shown.

  •  We reserve the right to discontinue or modify product offerings at any time.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We accept payment through major payment processors including PayPal, Stripe, and other processors as made available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the full amount listed at the time of your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price.

5. Orders and Shipping

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated on the product listing or at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

MyClaynation, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Refund and Return Policy

Because our products are handmade, all sales are generally final. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  •  Contact us at yanira@myclaynation.com within 7 days of delivery.

  •  Include photos of the damage and your order details.

  •  We will work with you on a replacement or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or minor natural variations inherent to handmade goods.

7. Custom Orders

If we offer custom or commission work, additional terms may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of order. Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including images, product designs, text, graphics, and the MyClaynation, LLC name and branding are the property of MyClaynation, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer

Products sold by MyClaynation, LLC are decorative figurines intended for adult collectors. They are not intended as toys for children under 3 years of age. Please keep small handmade items away from young children.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyClaynation, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond their intended decorative use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyClaynation, LLC and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.
