  • What is your processing time on website orders?
    We ask that you give us 24-hours to process your order, but most orders placed before 2 pm (EST) are processed and shipped the same day—Fast shipping is a big deal to us!
  • What is your processing time on clay drops?
    We typically hold our clay drops for a 24-hour period, giving drop attendees a full 24-hours to add clays or make changes.
  • How fast is your shipping?
    We ship using USPS, and depending on the size of the package, we will send First Class or Priority Mail. The majority of our customers receive their packages within 3-days of purchase.
  • Can I add or combine my orders?
    Yes, sometimes we have clients place an order online and ask us to hold off on shipping until they buy more at our upcoming clay drop.
  • Where is my tracking info?
    A tracking number is sent to you at the email you provided when ordering. Didn't receive and email? Check you SPAM folder. We’re also happy to send your tracking info via Facebook Messenger or Text Message/ SMS—just let us know.
  • When does free shipping kick in?
    All orders totaling $150 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Can I be notified of future clay drop updates?
    Yes. We typically do clay drops 3-4 times per month. You can sign up (CLICK HERE) to receive notifications for our future clay drops.
  • Can I buy early (Before the general public?)
    Yes, when you join "Clays for Creators," our private Facebook group. There is no cost to join, and members are given purchasing access to our newest clays, via our private clay drops, 24-hours before the general public. Visit the group HERE.
  • Some of my clays arrived damaged, will you replace them?"
    Yes. 99% of our clays arrive in perfect condition. But, if you ever receive a broken clay, send us a picture via email, text, or messenger, and we will replace it.
  • I never received my package; can I get a refund?
    All our packages are tracked at each stage of the shipping process with USPS. We will not refund any order that USPS documents as “Delivered”. However, if USPS documents your order as “In Transit”, indicating it never arrived at the destination, then yes. We will refund your order in full or replace it—whichever you prefer.
  • Do You offer extended credit terms for business owners?
    We do extend credit in some instances to established business owners who have a track record of purchasing from us. What that means is we would basically “front” you a percentage of your clay order and you would settle your account with us shortly after your sale or event. We make these determinations on a case-by-case basis, including previous buying history. Extending credit is a risk for us; the decision to extend is 100% at our discretion. contact us:
